Magazines like Deadline Hollywood or The Hollywood Reporter will keep you abreast of the latest news regarding casting, updates, bookings, which TV shows have been given the green light etc. When a child or teen actor books a role as a lead or series regular you will see the article in one of these acting trade magazines. Often they will post a headshot of the actor next to the article.
