what's casting now!

Currently the TV episodic season is casting and casting directors are seeking child actors of all types for roles.  Comedy, drama, dramedy, medical drama's, investigation series, cop shows and the list goes on.  

Some television shows start casting in June, but by Aug, Sept TV casting is in full swing.    This is when they cast co-stars, guest stars and recurring roles for the different televisions shows that are airing. 

There is casting for the kids networks like Disney and Nickelodeon, as well as all of the other shows that you see on the big networks like CBS, NBC etc.  In addition there is Showtime, HBO, Hulu, Netflix and even Amazon has shows that are casting teen and child actors.

If you're not familiar with Backstage Magazine, I recommend you take a look.  You'll find wonderful articles from casting directors, talent agents, acting coaches, talent managers and successful or working actors.  There are some wonderful professionals & experts in the business that give advice and tips for anything acting related.
